Program and client information: if you enroll in a program or work with us, the health history, lifestyle, and assessment information you choose to share.

Health information
Information you share about your health is used only to assess your nutritional needs and make recommendations. Nutritional Therapy Practitioners are not HIPAA-covered entities, but we follow privacy best practices modeled on the U.S. Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information and take reasonable steps to protect your information. We keep client information while you are a client and then dispose of it securely, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Service providers
We use trusted third-party services to run our business, including Squarespace (website hosting and analytics), Kit (email), and a practice management platform for client records and payments. These providers handle information on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
