Hi, I’m Kelly
Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, former corporate leader, and recovering “good stress” addict. I used to “function” on adrenaline, an overcommitted schedule, and not enough downtime.
I spent over a decade leading analytics, marketing, and strategy teams in the corporate world, then most recently led strategy and operations at a functional health startup. So I know the pace all too well: back-to-back meetings, rushed or skipped lunches, constant travel, and a body that eventually forces you to slow down.
That’s exactly what happened to me. After nearly ten years running on overdrive, my body was yelling at me to stop. I had “unexplained” gut issues and pain. I saw three doctors, had two exploratory surgeries, and still had no answers. Then I found a Nutritional Therapist who helped me find the root of my symptoms: stress.
Becoming an NTP changed how I think about daily routines and the symptoms we’ve normalized that aren’t actually normal: the afternoon crashes, the 3am wake-ups, the unpredictable stomach, the reliance on caffeine, the dopamine hits from scrolling. They all trace back to the Foundations of Health.
Solei Wellness is the practice I wish I’d had before my body hit its breaking point: practical, educational, foundational health for high performers.
Your health is worth investing in, and a daily workout to get “me time” is only one piece of the puzzle. I’m glad you’re here. Let’s get to work.
Why “Solei”?
Solei comes from the sun: radiance, warmth, light, and positivity. Sunshine, sunflowers, and a lot of love and light have been a constant thread through my life, so the name felt like home. My hope is that you feel that same radiance from the inside out, in your energy, your body, and your mind. Picture that light, bring it in, and let it shine from within.
Five foundations, working together.
Nutritional therapy is grounded in functional health: a whole-body approach that looks at how well your body's systems are working together. Instead of chasing a single symptom, we ask why it showed up in the first place and trace it back to your five Foundations of Health: a nutrient-dense diet, sleep, stress & nervous system regulation, blood sugar, and digestion.
It's also bio-individual. No two bodies are the same: your needs, symptoms, history, and genetic makeup are uniquely yours, so your recommendations should be too. There's no one-size-fits-all plan here. It starts with where you are, how you're feeling, and what your body needs.
Health isn't an on/off switch between "sick" and "healthy." It's more like a dimmer, and most of us are running lower than we should.
What is nutritional therapy?
